Based on the provisions of Statutory Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and other applicable regulations, ROLSER informs its users of the existence of an automated personal data file, for which ROLSER is responsible, created for the purpose of maintaining and managing the contractual relationship with the User, as well as informing and marketing its own products and activities related to the same. In the event of commercial communications via e-mail or an equivalent means, the acceptance of this Privacy Policy shall entail the User granting his/her express consent to being sent publicity via this means. Except for in cases indicating otherwise, the answers to the questions on Personal Data are mandatory (in the fields which are marked), and a failure to answer them will entail the impossibility of responding to the queries or orders presented or other services made available to the User via the ROLSER website. Likewise, informing the User on the possibility of exercising his/her rights to access, modify, cancel and oppose by means of a written request addressed to ROLSER S.A., Ptda. Galgues, s/n - 03750 Pedreguer (Alicante).

ROLSER undertakes to keep your personal information secret and to safeguard it using the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access in line with the status of technology at any given time.

ROLSER hereby undertakes NOT TO USE THIS MEDIA FOR DISTRIBUTING MISLEADING ADVERTISING. For these purposes, misleading advertising does not include formal defects or numeric errors in the content of the various sections of the website named ROLSER, caused as a consequence of incomplete maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections. Pursuant to the content of this paragraph, ROLSER undertakes to correct any errors as soon as it becomes aware of them.

ROLSER undertakes to NOT SEND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THEM AS SUCH, pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. To these effects, all information sent to THE CLIENTS of ROLSER shall not be considered a commercial communication provided its purpose is to maintain the contractual relationship with the client, as well as for performing the tasks involving informing, training and other activities inherent to the service which the client has contracted with the company.
