We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt.



Items must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels. We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase.

Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.


How do I return an item?

You will only be able to make returns via mail/courier. Therefore for your security and peace of mind we recommend that items be sent using a recorded delivery system. Then send the items together with completed Withdrawal Form to the following address: ROLSER SA,Dpto. Online, c/Metalúrgia 6, Polígono Industrial "Les Galgues", 03750 Pedreguer, Alicante, Spain.

If are EU resident and you prefer us to collect the items from your home, you can request a home pick-up service. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24-48 hours (wherever possible). The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with them to change it.


How long do I have to return an item?

Returns can be made within 15 calendar days from date of purchase.


Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

You, the client, are responsible for the cost of returning goods; we will not accept any returns made freight collect. Underwear changes or returns will not be accepted.


How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase


When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.


What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service at online@rolser.com, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible


What should I do if I receive the wrong or damage goods?

If you receive a faulty product you should contact us immediately at online@rolser.com with your personal details and order number indicating the discrepancy or problem and we shall promptly get in contact with you to resolve the incident.


What should I do if I wish to return an order I have received as a gift?

To do this you should follow the same process as that of a normal return, only that the refund of the cost shall be made to the person who made the purchase.


Rolser.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
