How can I see the products?

At the top of the website you will find the menu with all the products we sell.


I cannot locate a product, material, or collection.

On the right-hand side of the website there is a search engine where you can type any word and it will show you everything related to products, materials, or collections.


How can I purchase?

Once you have selected the product you simply click on the “Add to cart” button. After this, you can continue adding other products or finalise your purchase if you wish.


What is included in the price?

All prices include VAT and shipping costs are FREE for purchases over 30 euros.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

Yes, you need to register to be able to make the purchase, to tell us where you want us to send the goods and to whom you want the invoice to be made out.


What forms of payment can I use?

Payment can be made by credit/debit card and PayPal. This payment is secure and confidential. Rolser complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification, which guarantees strict control over the processing of our customers’ financial data. All bank details provided during the payment process are encrypted on a secure platform that complies with the latest encryption and authentication technology.


Will I receive a confirmation e-mail once I have placed my order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation. However, you can log in with your username and password to check the status of your order and also check that everything is correct.


What happens if I detect an error in the order?

In this case we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible by phone, e-mail, or chat in order to solve the problem.


How long will I wait to receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the municipality and country. Orders will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days for packages with destination in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Delivery times for the rest of Europe range from 3 to 5 business days. Packages sent to international destinations such as Asia or America will require 5 to 9 business days for delivery. (Before placing your order, please bear in mind that the estimated time for preparing an order is 1 to 2 business days).


What transport do you use to send the order?

You will receive your order through a specialised agency, as we have daily collection, and it makes it easier for us to send you the goods as soon as they are ready.


Once the order has been dispatched, will I be able to track the delivery?

Yes. In addition, you will be able to check the status in your account and you will receive an e-mail from the specialised agency once they have collected the goods from our facilities so that you can track them and pose any queries you may have.


What happens if the product arrives defective, damaged or defective?

We doubt that this will happen, but if it does, please notify us within 7 days by phone, e-mail, or chat. Once we receive the notification, we will proceed to the withdrawal and replacement with another product in optimum conditions.


What is the warranty on the product?

5 years for all products.
