Return Policy

Once the order is placed , it CANNOT BE MODIFIED or CANCELLED.

< span style =" font-size : 10pt;">Your order will start processing after payment and can not be changed once this process has started. For this reason, even if the order has not been picked up by the transport agency, it can no longer be stopped, so you will have to receive it and return it to be able to cancel it, keep in mind that this implies return costs.< / span >

How to make a change?

You can use the FedEx return label you received with your order, contact FedEx in your country and request a pickup, (in some countries FedEx may ask you to take the package to a pickup point yourself). Do not forget to attach the purchase invoice that you received with your order to the outside of the package. Keep in mind that this process will generate some Transportation Costs for return by the customer that will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.
